Terms of Use for VoltPDF

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the VoltPDF: PDF Reader & Editor mobile application (the "Service") operated by TAB Apps Dev ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a weekly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

• Auto-Renewal: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your Account Settings page on Google Play or by contacting our customer support team.
• Free Trial: We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (e.g., 3 days). You will not be charged until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees.
• Fee Changes: We, in our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

2. Content and Local Processing

Our Service allows you to scan, edit, merge, and manage documents ("Content").

• Local Storage: VoltPDF processes documents locally on your device. We do not upload your files to our servers.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for the Content that you scan or process using the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. Since files are stored on your device, you are responsible for backing up your own data. We are not responsible for any data loss caused by device failure or app uninstallation.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TAB Apps Dev and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by TAB Apps Dev.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TAB Apps Dev, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and
• (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
